Winter walking becomes more and more popularity! The Wildschönau offers over 40 km prepared Winter Walkinways. Passing pictorial Winternature, original old famrs, or go up to a mountain or pasture you will find lot of amazing fotomotives.

A coupple of ways in Wildschönau:

* From Niederau over the romantic sleighway in the old look received village Penningdörfl.

* Beginning from Oberau to the beautiful Roggenboden with his wonderful olt farms and dreamly panorama to the Schatzberg and Thierbach.

Walking with Snowshoe:

Outside the prepared walking ways it is possible to to everywehre with „Trappers“ or even named "Snowshoes". This is really funny and easy to do for everywone. Go where ever you want over deep snow pists or to pastures high up at the mountains.

For everybodys constitution the Wildschönau has the perfect way in fantastic natur.

Night Walking Tours:

On request all tours like Snowshoe- Winterwallking- and even Nordicwalking tours are with guide at night possible.

Regulary are nightwalkings from Oberau Hausberg Zauberwinkel to "schönen Aussicht" (beautiful panorama) teilnehmen. The Tour takes about 1 hour and costs € 12,--. By arriving you get fruitcake and hot wine punch on campfire at Jausenstation Hausberg.

Kombinated walkings with horse sleigh:

A longer (about 3,5 hours) but even amazing Tour is offered with the snowshoes. At arrivel destination there is a cozy restaurant. There you will be collect by horse sleigh and go back over Romantic Sleighway Penning.

Tour starts every monday from Niederau and Fryday from Penningdörfl at 9.30 o clock.

Costs: € 29,-- including stock for hire, scnowshoes, tea and horse sleigh.
